PTC heating has small heating resistance and high efficiency to transfer heating. And it is a auto constant temperature and lower power PTC heating. The PTC heating has a prominent trait that is safety side. It will not be red as the other heating so that empyrosis and conflagration etc can not happen. And because Al material are used in the PTC heating, it have a long life than the other heating products.According to this trait, the PTC heating can be used very widly. Such as the air curtain and airconditioning and electric cars and electric bus and some home appliances etc.At the moment we had the following size mould. But we can produce the PTC heating the other size or trait as your need.(1) Voltage 380V; Star connection; Frequency: 50Hz;
(2) There will be an inrush current when the heater is started, which is about 1.5 times the rated current;
(3) Heating tube: PTC automatic constant temperature electric heating element is adopted, covered with aluminum tube;
(4) The frame is made of galvanized sheet or stainless steel sheet (SUS304),
(5) Thickness: 1. 5 - 2. 5mm(It is determined according to the size of the frame to ensure the strength);
(6) Passing wind speed: provided by the buyer during production;
(7) Working life > 8000h;
(8) Type of temperature control switch: normally closed, normally open, temperature 50ºC~75ºC or pt100 thermal resistance;
(9) Thermal fuses are generally 110°C and 130°C (selected according to specific circumstances);
(10) The power cords of this heater are all high temperature resistant and flame retardant silicone rubber wires.
